Silvercorp Metals Inc. and Adventus Mining Corporation announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement whereby Silvercorp will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Adventus. The acquisition closed on July 31, 2024. The form below provides tax information that affects the US federal income tax basis of former holders of the securities.
