Position Title: Legal Assistant / Paralegal
Department: Legal
Company/Location: Silvercorp, Vancouver head office
Reports to: Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary
 

 

Silvercorp and its affiliates are seeking a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join the growing corporate team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is organized, detail-oriented and highly adaptable in a fast-paced international corporate setting.

Reporting to the Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary, the Legal Assistant/Paralegal provide assistance to the legal team and Senior Management of the Company, including but not limited to: provide support in continuous disclosure and regulatory filings, manage filings and SEDI, SEDAR, TSX Linx, BC on-line, assist in share issuance duties, maintain corporate records and virtual minute books, and provide support in corporate, securities & other transactions.

You should have minimum three years of relevant experience. You should also have great communication skills and proof-reading skills, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

This position will be based in our Vancouver head office.
