Rui Feng, Ph. D., Geology
Director, Chairman and CEO
Dr. Feng has worked as both a geologist and an executive in the mineral resource industry for over 18 years. He is an entrepreneur with an extensive track record in successfully acquiring and exploring mineral properties and ultimately turning them into profitable mining operations. Dr. Feng was the founder of several successful publicly listed companies in Canada which have made significant discoveries of mineral resources in China, including Jinshan Gold Mines Inc., formerly, Pacific Minerals Inc. Dr. Feng is well-versed in China's legal framework related to the mining industry and has an extensive network in China's mining and exploration industry.
Dr. Rui Feng obtained his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Geology in China and his Ph.D. in Geological Sciences from the University of Saskatchewan in Canada in 1992. He was awarded a Post-Doctoral Fellowship from the National Engineering and Science Council of Canada from April 1992 to April 1993 to work as a Research Scientist at the University of Montreal. From 1993 to 1994, Dr. Feng worked for the Institute of Sedimentary and Petroleum Geology of the Geological Survey of Canada in Calgary as research scientist. He is currently a Director of the Canada China Business Council - BC Chapter Board.

Myles J. Gao, P.Geo.
Director, President & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Myles Gao obtained his B.Sc. in geology from Lanzhou University, China, in 1982. Moving to Canada in 1989, he received his M.Sc. Degree in geology in 1993 from Laurentian University. Mr. Gao has worked for numerous Canadian mining and exploration companies in both Canada and China, focusing on gold and copper mining and exploration. He is based part-time in China, where he is also active in sourcing, assessing and acquiring mineral projects for the company.

Maria Tang, C.A, C.P.A
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Maria Tang earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Nankai University, China, holds both a CA and US CPA designation, and has five years audit experience, most recently with Ernst & Young LLP where she focused on public company audits with China operations and was in charge of SOX 404 audits for U.S. public companies.

Shaoyang Shen, MBA, MMPA, CMA
Vice President, China Operations
Mr. Shaoyang Shen holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Xiamen University (China), a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Management & Professional Accounting from the University of Toronto. He is a member of The Society of Management Accountants of Ontario since 2004 and has over 18 years of experience working in Canada and China. Based primarily in China, Mr. Shen is responsible for corporate management, production planning and internal controls for the China Operations.

Lorne Waldman, MBA, LL.B.
Corporate Secretary
Mr. Lorne Waldman earned a law degree and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia in 1993. He is responsible for regulatory and compliance affairs of the company, and managing investor relations duties. Mr. Waldman brings with him over ten years experience with Nam Tai Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: NTE), an electronics manufacturer with 100% of its manufacturing in China, where he held positions of in-house legal counsel, corporate secretary, and was responsible for investor relation functions.
